Our Take It Back Guarantee!You don't really know if a new mattress is just right until you sleep on it for a few days. Or until you see a piece of furniture at home with your other things. Which is why Roby's created our Take It Back Guarantee! That way, you have 10 full days to decide if a piece of furniture, an appliance or a mattress is just right for you. If it isn't, as long as it's in mint condition, we'll exchange it for something else. Because when something is about to become a part of your home, we want it to be perfect. Of course, we do require the purchase of a mattress protector to be eligible for a mattress exchange, and a $99.99 delivery charge will be applied to exchanges so the guys doing the heavy lifting will be happy. And if the price of the new product is less than your original we will give you the difference in store credit. And with our Take It Back Guarantee, we offer to give you another chance to make your Roby's purchase… just right.

*Terms of Use for our Take It Back Guarantee:

  1. Must return purchased item within 10 days for a full store credit. Product must be in new condition. Excludes homes with heavy odors such as pets or smoke
  2. Mattresses must have had a mattress protector purchased at Roby’s and used with it. Mattresses & upholstery must be in new condition… clean and smoke–free
  3. A pick–up fee of $99.99 will be charged
  4. Re–select another item and your store credit applies to your purchase
  5. One Take It Back per customer
  6. Stain protection and extended warranties purchased will be transferred to the new product
  7. Excludes built–in appliances, flooring, cabinets, countertops and hot pink chairs :)
  8. Storage Fee: we are happy to hold your new purchase for up to 30 days at no charge to you! After 30 days there is a $100 per month fee for storing your items
